SCAD COLLABORATIVE FILM
PRODUCER - 2D SHORT FILM

Ten people, ten weeks, one film. I lead the hardworking team and organized our assets to create a 45 second short film. Based on the night markets of Hong Kong, we told the story of a boy who learns how to find the magic in the world around him.

This film was selected to be the opening short for the SCAD Animation Showcase.

ON-LOCATION RESEARCH

I was part of the research team that spent three weeks exploring Hong Kong. While we were joined by a fantastic crew, only myself and John Webber represented this film. I helped organize the trip, including locations to visit and managing the day-to-day schedule to keep everyone on track.

PROCESS

Early on in the process we were dedicated to finding the right story. The extra time we put in at the beginning allowed us to spend time making the animation as high quality as possible.
